Treat the bag you've rented with the love and respect it deserves during your time together, so others can get as much joy out of it as you. Kindness goes a long way; the bags in our collection much prefer to sit on your lap than the floor. We inspect each bag upon return, and we’ll let you know if there’s any issues at all.
General
The Service allows customers to access the website and rent handbags from Veiled Luxury in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Customers also agree to comply with any terms and conditions that Veiled Luxury may provide to users from time to time on this website The customer can choose from the online selection and pick up from Veiled Luxury. Each customer can only rent one bag at a time.
Pre-launch
Exclusive invitation-
During the pre-launch period, we are only inviting exclusive invitation to rent our bags to our strategic partner ; Luxury Secret Closet clients
In case of Damage or Loss
A replacement fee for damaged or lost product(s) must be charged because of the rarity and limited status of each item makes it very difficult to replace if damaged, lost, or not useable. If an item is returned with damage above normal wear and tear, lost or stolen you will be responsible for the full retail price of the item (as stated in the respective handbags) The Goods damage fee varies depending on the nature of each item. Also, this does not cover the theft or loss of any Goods and you will be responsible for the full retail price of the Goods immediately if this occurs.
Care of Goods
The Customer agrees to:
– Take reasonable care of Goods and only use them for their proper purpose in a safe and correct manner and notify Veiled Luxury immediately if there is loss and/or damage.
– Take adequate and proper measures to protect the Goods from damage and/or other risks.
– Not continue to use Goods where they have been damaged and notify Veiled Luxury immediately
– Return the good on time and in a good condition (wear and tear taken into account)
– The Customer must not clean/repair the Goods under any circumstances
– To not lend Goods to a third party
It assumes physical custody and legal under its sole responsibility.
Exposing the bag to any source of potential damage such as dust, strong variations in temperature, sunlight, humidity, shock; - Clean the bag by using no other than a dry and clean cloth or by any other instructions than those provided ; - Do not leave the handbag out of the reach of young children; - Do not insert inside the bag, anything likely to stain and / or damage. The Customer may use the bag rented for personal use only. Thus, it is forbidden to lend or the sub-lease the bag, to make it available to others and to make any professional or commercial use.
Customer needs to return the same handbag , it is consider a fraud to return a different bag or fake item
Rental Period
The borrowing period is agreed at time of rent, and the customer must return according to the agree date. Extension is available with extra charges (depending on the availability) . If the items have been booked in advance by other customer, item must be return on agreed period. If you hold the items after the agreed period, we have the right to charge you late fees at $50 per day
Payment
Full payments of the rental fee needs to be made during the booking period to secure the booked dates. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash as well as credit card payments
Deposit
We do not ask for a deposit but you must accept and be willing to pay any late fees if not sent back on time or repay the bag replacement cost in case of any damage or loss.
Changes to Terms and conditions
Veiled Luxury reserves the right to change or terminate this Contract at any time without notice. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the this website and all bag rental services. By renting an item from us (Goods), you acknowledge and represent that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and that they become a binding agreement (“Contract”) between you and Veiled Luxury.
